Cost Effective Solution
for Gredley House

The Project

Gredley House is a multi-storey office building in Stratford that’s home to a number of businesses. A full washroom refurbishment of their outdated toilet block was required whilst being cost-effective.

With the works taking place within a live office, we had to come up with a plan to limit disruption. Coordination was key to this project, along with delivering a washroom solution that worked with their budget.

The Solution

We were contacted by Noble House Services to supply and fit-out a variation to our Force cubicle range in impact resistant High Pressure Laminate, laminate duct panels and vanity units across the five floors of the Gredley House office building.

Working with the site manager, we extended our working hours to keep disruption to a minimum. The final result was a sleek, modern washroom suite complete with partitions, pilasters, vanity tops and shadow gaps.

The CCS project management team were faultless and were always ahead of the game with design drawings and Health and Safety Risk and Method Statements in advance of each phase of the project. Deliveries were always punctual and were meticulously managed by the CCS Project manager and installation team.

The installation team were well equipped and were very experienced. Their flexibility and ability to solve onsite day-to-day installation issues was exceptional.

I will happily continue using Concept Cubicle Systems as they are competitive, very professional and their lead times are very realistic.”
